HIGHLIGHT FAMILY CAMP

WELCOME HOME!

HFCemblem_colorVer1.png

The mission of Camp Highlight has been to strengthen the LGBTQ community by introducing children from similar families. We’ve taken that mission further by inviting the whole family to join in for a weekend of camp antics and togetherness. Welcome to Highlight Family Camp!

For one weekend, the entire family will get a taste of what happens at Camp Highlight. For families where the child has not attended Camp Highlight, this is a great way to introduce them to the community. For families where the child is already a Highlighter, parents will finally get to see what all the fuss is about!

Alongside their children, LGBTQ parents will experience challenging camp activities such as the climbing wall and celebrated pastimes like the Talent Show. Many optional activities are offered throughout the day so families can choose to enjoy their time together or separate for different experiences. Camp Highlight staff will be on hand to facilitate the fun for children of all ages and supervise when parents are occupied.

Highlight Family Camp is a great weekend for LGBTQ families. Join us!

Highlight Family Camp takes place at South Mountain YMCA in Wernersville, Pennsylvania. It begins on the afternoon of Friday October 4, 2024 and ends on Monday October 7, 2024. The cost is $275 for each adult and $225 for each child over the age of 4.
